About Courtney
For Courtney Martin, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about people, relationships, and helping clients feel confident in one of life’s biggest decisions.
Courtney brings a unique perspective to every transaction. Her hands-on experience in the construction industry has given her an added understanding of homes, from quality and design to renovations and new builds, which allows her to better guide and advocate for her clients.
Deeply rooted in Nacogdoches and East Texas, Courtney is proud to serve the community she calls home. Outside of real estate, she and her husband are raising their two young boys while also managing their family construction business. Life is busy, full, and usually a little loud, and she wouldn’t have it any other way!
Through Martin & Co., Courtney hopes to offer a real estate experience that feels elevated yet personal: local knowledge, thoughtful service, and relationships that extend well beyond the closing table.
